Krystina leads the program vision, participant experience, and growth strategy behind Lauryn House Academy. Her leadership supports a structured, professional learning environment while building relationships with workforce partners and prospective participants across Minnesota.
Charles Jones, Co-Founder & Director of Training and Operations
Charles leads training operations and compliance focused instruction for the CMCC training. He oversees implementation of the training experience, including instructional design, live training flow, course development, and training materials.
